The very low current allows you to go down and up the Tarn. A gentle way to discover this sumptuous site, accessible to all by kayak.

Here, there's no rapids !

We offer several types of boats :

• Canoes for 2 to 3 people, stable and very suitable for this type of river.
• Sea kayaks, for 1 person, profiled to glide well on the water.
• Simple kayaks for an initiation.

To the Cascade

An hour and a half ride, upstream of the nautical base...

Sail through the gentle Tarn Valley, to the village of Saint Rome of Tarn and its famous waterfall of The Tuft Balms: a little piece of paradise!
By the way, you will discover the terraced crops that cover the slopes of the limestone causses: a rare landscape that reveals the ancient vineyard of the valley.

In the Raspes

1 to 3 hours of walking downstream from the nautical base

Discover the wild and peaceful world of Raspes...secret coves, waterfalls, meandering meanders, and the rock-swallowing of granite in the green water of the Tarn....

Surprise ash herons, kingfishers and king kites, and perhaps, for the lucky ones, a beaver or an otter.

You can also go during the day to discover the Raspes up to the Pinet dam
